Bradley Palermo

Bradley Palermo &  The Shadow Queens released their new "Praise & Worship" LP on Friday October 13th, 2023. It is a dark folk tribute to Satanism, with undertones of distorted guitar leads (Brian Barclay), punk rock bass guitar (Alex Palermo), and gritty percussion (Matt Gonzalez). A limited run of 200 copies have been pressed on 12" vinyl, and Palermo is currently touring solo-acoustic style in support of the release.

Before setting out on his solo folk career, Bradley Palermo spent 15 years fronting the bands The Sudden Passion and Femme Fatality. He grew up in St. Louis, MO where he developed an affinity for the alt-country bands that were emerging from the region at the time. His early work was often autobiographical, turning themes of the open road, free living, and mortality salience. In recent years he has branched out as far as to write an entire EP about pro-wrestlers of the 80's, and a bunch of left-of-center Christmas tunes.
